Newborn Session | Hawkesbury, Ontario

There has been a baby boom recently & I am not going to complain one bit!! Newborn sessions are truly one of my favourite sessions to photograph…I mean, who wouldn’t love to wrap, snuggle & pose little newborns for a few hours!

For this session, I trekked up towards Lachute in Quebec to capture a in home session for one of my favourite clients Annabelle, as she & Gabriel welcomed sweet Remi to their family! I had the pleasure of working with these two before, when they began their family with their daughter Maelle almost two years ago!

Annabelle share a special bond with her niece Cami, who is just as sweet as her Aunt! Cami was super helpful during the session, earning her the nickname “Flash”…LOL! Thank you Cami for all your help, it was very appreciated!

While Remi’s big sister had her morning power nap, I was able to photograph the vast majority of the session while she recharged. That is a huge bonus of in home sessions, other siblings can continue on with their daily schedule of naps plus snacks, which in turn keeps them in a happy & cooperative mood!

Once little Maelle was done her nap, she was super cooperative for images with her new baby brother & family images! It made the long drive up to Lachute completely with while!

Thanks you to Annabelle & Gabriel for trusting me again with capturing these memories for you & I am looking forward to capturing many more for your family!!
