I have been hosting Holiday Mini’s almost ever since this business started..that’s a LONG time!! Last year, I took a break..with hockey schedules, fall sessions, weddings & hockey team photos…it is a crazy time of year!! I was surprised how many clients MISSED these session, so they have returned this year!!

The purpose of a mini session, if you’ve never booked one, is to get quick family photos to be used for holiday cards, gift giving or just to update your family photos!!

Holiday Mini sessions are 15 minutes in length & are quick sessions to capture moments with your family!! They are especially great if some family members aren’t huge fans of photos, many husbands have thanked me for how quick & painless the sessions are!!

Many teenagers have also benefited from these quick sessions…repeat clients know, “Jenn tells you what to do & where to sit..click, click..you’re done!!’ So far, these mini’s seem to work really well..as majority of my clients book a session EVERY year..it’s such a pleasure to see them & catch up on a yearly basis!!

These sessions are for the whole family, not just the kids…yes, even your furry family members can be included!!

I try to stay true to my style when planning Holiday Mini sets!! They typically seem to be rustic setups with natural touches & apparently I really like neutral base colours with some holiday colours thrown in!! You can really see a trend from past sets!!

This years minis are on Friday Nov. 8th, Saturday Nov. 9th & Sunday Nov. 10th!!

As my clients families grow, their children usually begin to pursue extra circular activities…the addition of some Friday & Sunday times hopefully will help!!

I also offer two different types of sessions…a digital only or a printed option!! The digital option has only digital images included but the printed comes with 25 printed holiday cards for clients to send out to loved ones!! This option can be VERY handy, as sometimes we wait till the very last minute to send out holiday cards!! (I am sometimes guilty of that!)
