Let’s start the week off right with a gorgeous maternity session!!
If you are a avid blog follower, you will recognize these two, Jenna & Tyler were bridal clients last fall!! Now these two lovely people will be welcoming a baby boy to their family, in just a few short weeks!! I absolutely LOVE when bridal clients return for maternity & newborn sessions!!! It fills my heart with joy to watch these amazing couples begin their own families!!
Jenna & Tyler made this session crazy easy!! Not only have they become “pros” from their wedding day but their easy going personalities & their fun filled connection that makes them a true delight to photograph!!
Luckily, Jenna grew up around the corner from my home & we used her parents property for our session. They have a yard FULL of trees….have I ever mentioned how much I love trees?!
This time of year is perfect for wheat & grain fields!! Wheat fields are amazing locations for a session but work best either early morning or evening sessions. These have to be my favourite from our session!!!
Jenna chose the perfect dress for her session, not only was it form fitting with some beautiful movement to it but she chose a blue colour! A) blue is my favourite colour & B) they are having a baby boy!!!
A little note when looking for a maternity dress, take a moment to think about whether you would like some flow in your dress or not. Jenna’s dress was a little bit of both flow & form fitting….many maternity gowns you can purchase online have extra fabric to them. This extra fabric gives us something to play around with during your session & adds tons of interest to your images!
